سلام دوستان عزیزم
با کمک دوستان فروم اپلای ابرود می خوایم یه حرکت اعتراضی به عملکرد سیستم مهاجرتی کانادا ترتیب بدیم به این صورت که از همه دوستان که فدرالی (38 رشته) و کبکی که فایل دارند خواهش می کنیم در روز دوشنبه9/3/90 ساعت 5 بعدازظهر حداکثر تا ساعت 7 بعدازظهر این متن نامه رو به یک عنوان یکسان رو به وزیر مهاجرت و همینطور سفارت دمشق بزنیم و اعتراض خودمون نسبت به تاخیر های بوجود اومده اعلام کنیم امیدوارم این حرکت هماهنگ بتونه راهگشای مشکلاتمون باشه . از دوستان عزیز وبلاگی هم خواهش می کنم اطلاع رسانی کنید .

Dear honorable Minster,

I, YOUR NAME, am hereby writing to complain about the abysmal service and indiscriminate response from Canadian immigration department in Damascus visa office.

I submitted my immigration file to Damascus visa office on DEFINITE DATE and received an email bearing my file number and mentioning my application will be finalized within 12 months time.

Also, in that email, the migrants were strongly urged to use the following months not YEAR to gather information to be able to cope with living and working conditions in Canada.

During the time, the applicants have closely monitored the procedure in Damascus office and temporized any new changes in their lives.

For the time being, it has been observed that some files for after June the 26th, have received medicals which, from my angle, is completely unfair and arbitrary and raised concerns among those who have lodged their files in the FAST TRACK category more than 2 years ago.

However, if the applications prolong beyond this time, it could persuade the immigrants to take on new responsibilities or may pressure them to go under unnecessary strain and stress.

Therefore, it has made me wondered whether you can provide some sort of information on the processing time for the FAST TRACK applicants since I do believe that the immigration department should Feel responsible toward all applicants and keep its promise as well.

Your prompt attention to my request is highly appreciated.
